first day of volunteering

On the first day of volunteering, we enter the hall for the registration and we wait till the all the volunteers registered. Then we build our teams and explain a lot about the event “F1”, and we distribute the work for each team in Yas. After that they have explain for the volunteers about the communication and how to how to communicate, cooperation, team work, how the team leader can manage his team and how to success the work.

YasHUB is a new app and its available now at the app store or android, that app shows to you and explain more about Yas and the Formula 1. Then we have a training to work and train the leaders to work and explain to them how to be a successful leader by, creativity to work, self-confident, decision-making and the most important thing of the leader is to honest.

Finally we went to see where we will be at the event of formula 1, what we will do and how to keep the work successful.

For the next volunteer the event will going on and I expect there will be a lot of work to do. I learn that I have communicated more and the successful work is depending on the team work.
